REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At CANDI Collective, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returned items once they have been shipped.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photo evidence so we can review the issue.
If approved, a replacement or appropriate resolution may be provided at our sole discretion.
Please note:
- Items must be unused and in original condition.
- Digital products are non-refundable.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect selections, or change of mind.
